What the grade means.
Plain-English terms for the Production Standard grade and certificate. This is a product disclaimer, not legal advice.
An assessment, not a warranty
A Production Standard grade is an assessment of an AI automation as it was provided to LunoMotion, against the published 30-point standard (v1.0.0). It reflects what the provided artifact shows at the time of grading. It is not a guarantee or warranty that the automation is free of defects, secure, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.
Not a compliance or security certification
The Production Standard is a production-readiness quality mark issued by LunoMotion. It is not a legal, regulatory, or security compliance certification (such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar), and it does not certify that an automation is secure or compliant with any law or framework. Security checkpoints assess common hygiene practices, not the absence of vulnerabilities.
Certificates are current-state and revocable
A certificate is issued only when all 30 checkpoints pass and hold for the required window. Certificates expire and re-verify. A certificate may be revoked or lapse if the automation changes or regresses. The verification page linked from a certificate is the live source of truth for its current status.
Your responsibility
You remain responsible for your automation, its outputs, and any decisions made from them. A grade or certificate does not transfer that responsibility to LunoMotion. Read the full standard and methodology to understand exactly what is and is not assessed.
